What we did: The first thing we did was to analyze her brand, understand what she has been doing so far, how she positions herself in the market, and identify her target audience. We also looked at her analytics to determine which content was performing better so we could understand what her target audience was looking for. Then, we moved on to creating the strategy.
Strategy: We did a content switch. We switched from her just posting other people’s content to her own content. We shifted from posting just products on her page to her talking about the products, what they do, and what you will achieve. We also created relevant content and found out that her audience was more interested in her showing up, so we gave them more of that. We optimized her website, improved its look, optimized the products for SEO, and achieved a 90% SEO ranking on the site. Then, we ran ads.

How we helped BRS Signatures go booked out month to month
Background: BRs Signatures is a uniform production company with a subsidiary called Everything Uniforms. Before collaborating with this brand, there had been no proper marketing. We had to create the brand foundational document from scratch before proceeding to content and promotions.
Brand Foundation: We worked on three different documents, including a brand strategy where we conducted a competitive analysis, defined her messaging and unique selling proposition (USP). We also delved deeper into her target audience to understand what makes them tick. Then, we moved on to developing her content strategy. Before our intervention, the page featured content only on uniforms, lacking appeal to the audience. After developing her content strategy, we further created her engagement strategy and community growth document.
Implementation: We planned for the content shoot, capturing high-quality videos and pictures of the brand. We optimized her page and consistently showed up. Then, we proceeded with the promotions.
